Did you receive a damaged or faulty item?
If a component is faulty within the initial 3 months of purchase, RILLA will endeavor to replace the component. No scooter is covered under guarantee for use at a skate park, as the stress put on the product would be unlimited.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please complete the Damage Claim Form below to report the damaged or faulty item. The form requires a written description and photographs of the product. Damage Claim Forms must be completed within seven days of receiving merchandise. A consultant from RILLA Pro Scooters will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to confirm the update of your claim and further action to be taken. In some cases, the item may need to be returned to RILLA, or a replacement product may be dispatched. This is determined based on written damage claims and photos on a case-by-case basis.
If it is required for a defective or damaged item to be returned to us, the customer must send the item back to RILLA via a recorded and insured method of shipping. Please do not send products to RILLA for returns, refunds, or replacements without first receiving written approval to do so. If replacement parts are warranted, a new scooter will not be sent under any circumstances. RILLA will not assume responsibility for any products shipped to us from customers who have not received authorisation from RILLA.
Replaces parts are sent through the same shipping process as the initial order, however, we try to quickly process all damage claims as quickly as possible. Please be advised this can take up to three weeks for the customer to receive replacements parts.
